Fort Gordon is one of the few places that still requires printed insurance cards. Why are we tech ignorant?

@MalwareJake I'm shocked that in 2014 I have to supply hard-copy "photos" for my passport renewal...

@hal_pomeranz touché - seems ridiculous. Maybe they are afraid you'd alter digital photos (but somehow printed are more reliable???)
