@benrothke It's uncommon to bag computers of that size. As long as they're supervised and securely transported to evidence it's all good.

@hal_pomeranz When not bagged, couldn’t savvy defense attorney use Affluenza-like defense w/ BadBIOS; add reasonable doubt to findings/logs?

@benrothke I'd say that's a very weak defense. And it would be on the defense to forensically demonstrate signs of tampering.
