Must say I like the @Delta switchboard feature where they call you back rather than keeping you on hold. Makes sense all around.

@hal_pomeranz Especially since you don't have to listen to 38 solid minutes of &^$/*#! "Rhapsody In Blue" whilst on hold, unlike with #UAL.
