Forced to peel potatoes with paring knife, never done that before, looked up instructions on the Internet (like any geek would do).

@hal_pomeranz The trick is to keep it in one long ribbon. Saves time, effort, and cutting risk.

@incanus77 I wussed out-- cut the potatoes in half and peeled downward strips into a cutting board surface.
