"UPS Store" charges on hotel bills-- Fuck you @UPS! You were already paid to ship it. Don't charge extra for interrupting delivery!
Seriously, @UPSHelp you've taken an issue about some small but annoying charges and turned it into a bit of a PR debacle. Well played!
