"UPS Store" charges on hotel bills-- Fuck you @UPS! You were already paid to ship it. Don't charge extra for interrupting delivery!

@UPSHelp @ups Hotel UPS Store concession charged $5/pkg on my hotel bill. Charges were reversed when I complained. But I am very angry.
@UPSHelp @UPS Something needs to be done-- you need to change your business practices. This is not the first time this has happened to me.

Hey @UPSHelp, you know that info I provided you repeatedly via email/Twitter? The @UPS Store Corporate agent who called me got none of it.
