Women in Tech are under-represented but hardly unicorns. Do we need to create a list to put the lie to this tired argument?

@hal_pomeranz my team of 7 has 2 women on it. This is getting to be a tired argument. The industry needs more smart folks, not quotas.
@hal_pomeranz My lab has four of us; 2 are females. One does DFIR while the second does web security testing.I agree bout not unicorns
@hal_pomeranz if I'm not a unicorn, then why am I surrounded by all these virgins?
