So I got myself back in the gym, but haven't been able to stop my destructive eating habits. Really is hard to break the mental block :-/

@hal_pomeranz I ended up losing 4lbs in 3 weeks, but it could have been much more if I could kick Teh junk food

@mikeahrendt @jgarcia62 My excuse is travelling all the time. Very hard to eat the way I know I should when on the road.
