Asked @United agent why transaction took so long. Told their computer systems were "too simple... to handle these complicated transactions."

@hal_pomeranz was talking to UAL employee when I was checking in for flt. She said UAL put ton of $$ in sys & don't want to pay for upgrade

@Mac_Lovin They were ripped off. The "new" @United web site (rebranded Continental site) is a joke as is the rest of their IT.
