No, I have patched from it though. I have also used ed to repair a SunOS box that didn't have the volumes unmounted correctly.

Pretty sure @marchany has loaded an OS from punch cards more than once. And don't get him started on 3270 terminals...

About 10 years back, I used my last punchcard. They were the BEST for calligraphy practice. I still have a few for sentimental reasons. Never loaded a program at all w/ them. Don't feel like I missed anything though. Tales from back then creep me out. I'd 100% drop a tray.
