My advice to other female founders: Try and build as much without outside investors as possible. Women entrepreneurs, if you can do it bootstraped, stay bootstraped. Let those VC hounds starve on the bones of the patriarchy.

Can you even imagine though, what the world might look like if even 1 VC “took a chance” on an established female founder who has actually built a profitable company instead of gambling with the same old/young white dudes, just imagine what *I* could do with that kind of support?

I think it would get ugly. They’d want to install their own “old white guy” advisors and have you run things the “old white guy” way. Money never comes without strings.

Maybe. But I think I would hack it just like I’ve hacked everything else.
