Making fresh pesto for the 1st time in ages.
I’m obviously going to use way more garlic than this recipe calls for, but what else should I do differently?
I’m using pine nuts for this since I bought a huge bag, so aside from nut substitutions, what else?

To me the amount of basil is out of whack to the rest of the ingredients. I’d use half that much basil or even less.
