Do you link to people on LinkedIn that you've never actually met? Suppose one of them asked for a 30 min Zoom call for career advice-- would you take that meeting at a mutually convenient time?

Much like @Brad_InfoSec ; Yes lots of folks I've never physically met, but at least digital interaction. Would certainly zoom with anyone for a 30 min at a convenient time about anything where I could add value.

Can’t wait to hear what career advice they give you or amazing opportunity they have for you to get in on the ground floor! I’m joking but still … haha!

Never physically met? Yes. Never interacted with? Usually not, unless I've attended a talk, class, etc that they've held and want to connect about it. Zoom call for career advice, yes, I've done that with one person who found me searching for local info sec professionals.

Connect? Probably, yes (as I list myself as open to connect). Take that call? No, not without getting to know the person a bit, maybe after a few meetings.
