For context, Winter Park is one of the most upscale, liberal communities in the greater Orlando area. The chilling effect of these hateful laws is being felt immediately and everywhere.

Also, if you don’t know the history of the Stonewall riots, you should read up on it. Because our GOP is once again teeing up the conditions which led to those actions.

In fact, for all of you wanting to turn back time to some white supremicist fantasy of 1950s America, study the fucking history of the 1960s and 70s and decide if you really want to cover that ground again.

side note: that blows my mind about Winter Park. When I was a kid in the 80s that's where we'd go to visit my retired grandfather and that's all there was out there back then, retirement communities.
