Loose, “mentorship” if you will, was crucial for me around that age. Informal, unstructured. Had a handful of adults in tech or science spend a few hours here and there and it made a huge difference.

well if they have a CISSP and 10 years experience in DFIR, I may be able squeeze them into an internship.
