Get your shingles vaccine if you are over 50! I finally reached my tipping point after enough anecdotal evidence from friends/family who'd suffered through a bout. Maybe this message will prompt YOU to vaccinate!

I really need to do this. I have a physical next week. Probably as good a time to get it done as any.

I've seen some really strong people utterly wiped out by a case of shingles. Vaccine seems like an easy call.

Yeah. I do understand that you have a couple of icky days after the vaccine though. Was that your experience? Certainly better than a case of the Shingles regardless of icky days.
