It’s certainly something that only others can call you. Not really allowed to call yourself that unless you’re a narcissist.

Also, what makes someone a “thought leader” based on current accepted norms? “I though about something, based on my experience at $dayjob, wrote about it, and posted it on LinkedIn”. <- that is what I see, but differs from what I think it should mean.
