Staff at the Fort Lauderdale @Marriott Coral Springs Hotel and Convention Center are not enforcing mask wearing in the lobby and other public spaces. Multiple lobby groups not wearing masks in full view of the front desk staff. Zero enforcement. Shall I call the Health Dept?

Hello Hal, thank you for reaching out and letting us know. We take our commitment to clean very seriously, and are alarmed to hear this. We are going to share this information with the appropriate internal group who will determine next steps.

You’ll forgive me if this response sounds like a delaying tactic from a brand who doesn’t want to get confrontational with guests who refuse to wear masks. I will be returning to this area in June and we will see just how serious your “commitment to clean” really is.
