Now that we have users trained to create long passphrases, it's time to remind developers to update their systems to accept this new password/phrase model, not convert them to uppercase only, get rid of complexity. Or they can do what old Solaris OS did - 1/n

I remember our helpdesk telling me at one point that yes, I had a long password, but that it was causing some of our systems to fail and could I please use a shorter one?
