The cops/terrorists took the DVR. Then a judge/tribal leader signed a warrant hours later for the DVR.

That’s dirty as sin. In a better time that would provoke a DOJ investigation, but that’s not going to happen right now without a massive public protest.

Well, they got the DVR then got a warrant after the fact. If this is what it looks like, they deserve to burn.
