When you are feeling down, overwhelmed, sad, or any other negative emotion appropriate for these times, go help somebody. Do something small, do something big, just help. You'll feel better.

Also, don't forget to take care of yourself. Take a walk... put down the tech for a bit. Shut off the news. Indulge in a hobby for a half day... Don't burn out! You can't help others if you're empty yourself. But also realize... helping others is a great from of self care.
