Any recommendations for piriformis syndrome other than rest or stretching (I feel like I've done them all and no bueno). I would like to start running or even walking again. Pain in my literal butt.

I splurged for theragun $200 model once I heard I'd be wfh with gym closed. I get this when sitting too much. It helps with foam rolling.
