Overnight oats are my new thing since my feb challenge meal plan. A version here wholeheartedlylaura.com/2018… I got with 3/4 cup instant oats, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 3/4 almond milk, 1/4 cup of water, 1/2 tspn maple syrup (or honey but maple syrup blends easier).

Then i add 1/2 tsp cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg OR 1 tsp maca powder. Stir well, cover and leave overnight in the fridge. Serve with some fruit (cut apple and walnuts is good). This makes 2 servings so you're set for 2 days breakfast already made.
