This BS with @TheUPSStore franchises in hotels intercepting packages (even @FedEx) and charging guests a fee to retrieve them has got to stop. I already paid to ship the package. @TheUPSStore is just holding it for ransom.

I love how "customer support" jumps in and says .."let's discuss options " as if they know they have you. They have your package, so you get to succumb to their demands. #organizedcrime #packageransom
It’s not just them. Other hotels I have stayed at also have charged a “convenience fee” for package receiving.

Hate this! @fedex stores in hotels does the same with my @UPS packages. This is not a @UPS only problem.
