We need to rename "incognito mode" to "no shit, your ISP and your employer can still see where you're browsing to mode"
One day I will write a paper about the many, many ways in which users misunderstand what their browsers' Incognito Mode does and does not do. Possibly not the best name.

I know it's in the fine print. I also know otherwise smart people (non-infosec types) who have never read the fine print. It comes out often in briefings when we note that we could still see browsing from the network side even though there was no evidence in the browser cache.

The part we're interested in is in the second paragraph in small print. In big print it implies something else. Imagine if we said that a gallon of milk was "fat free" but only explained in the fine print that the "fat free" claim was only true if you remove all the cream.
