This must be hugely disappointing, and I am very sorry to hear this. But training/learning is never wasted effort, and I know you will continue to share what you have learned with others.
And really this matches my experience with most toxic IT situations—not just underperforming SOCs.

That’s why it’s so hard for people to share images in many cases. I don’t have a good solution for this.
