Am I going to miss closing on my new home as scheduled due to incompetence at @Chase? Maybe. Will I move my business if so? Yes.

Who would like my mortgage business? @Chase apparently does not because their underwriters keep putting stupid impediments in my way.

@phenrycissp Amen. Particularly bad at BWI this AM as we deal with the after-effects of last night's cancellations.
Southwest A-List line blocked by crowds. Sneak around the lines to the exit and access priority line from the front of the queue.
Southwest at BWI is a catastrophe this AM. #SANSFIRE attendees take note.
Where's the #SANSFIRE after-party?
