Must say I like the @Delta switchboard feature where they call you back rather than keeping you on hold. Makes sense all around.

Things I hate: hotels that intercept my packages and charge me a fee to receive them. I'm looking at you @Sheraton New Orleans.

If you're traveling to New Orleans, I highly recommend the @SaintHotelNOLA. If you live in NOLA, try their restaurant for breakfast. Yum!
