@codeslack Agree no deductions. Income is income, whether dividends or what have you. Suspect graduated low end makes little revenue diff.

@innismir We can haggle about where to draw the line. Suspect it doesn't make much difference to revenue, but a big diff for middle class.

Proposed: flat tax on gross household income above $150K. Tax rate must cover govt expenditures + debt service + 5% of natl debt. Discuss.
