@Mac_Lovin They were ripped off. The "new" @United web site (rebranded Continental site) is a joke as is the rest of their IT.
Really @United, you've become a total clown show. Save everybody a lot of trouble and just go out of business now.
Asked @United agent why transaction took so long. Told their computer systems were "too simple... to handle these complicated transactions."

Called @United to change my flight to one day earlier. Transaction took 30 minutes. Should've been able to do this online in 5 minutes.

@tcrawford I've had similar experiences. @united employee morale seems to be at an all-time low... and slipping lower.
Disappointed to find my Marriott hotel in OMA is still using iBahn. Was told they'd be on a different provider by now.
