@DouglasBrush Defaut on Unixes I'm familiar with. Some allow you to turn it off (Solaris). Linux does not. Have to filter w/ IP Tables.

@lee_whitfield Apache side is internet-facing? Implement filters w/ IP Tables. Linux "weak end host" behav could expose internal interface.
