Sent a letter to @United about my luggage SNAFU last week. They sent me a $200 credit for future travel. *sigh* They really don't get it.
@attrc Btw, I learned Python well enough to start writing useful class libraries in it. Didn't like it and went back to Perl. Personal pref.

@f4ktu4l I actually recommend Python to people who are trying to pick up their first scripting language. But Perl "fits my head" better.
