@unstatusthequo Stuck with @United because of where I live. But you're right that all the airlines are in a "race to the bottom" in service.

Sorry for all the whiny "overly entitled frequent business traveler" tweets. Lousy customer service annoys me to no end.

Anyone else noticed that @United only tweets M-F? Guess nobody flies on weekends. Way to "engage" with your customers, @United!
Bravo, @United. My bag arrived at 1:30am-- 12 hours after it landed in Phoenix, 4.5 hours later than promised. Clown show.
An hour later, still no bag. Still no way for @United to reach the delivery service to locate my bag. Still a clown show.
My bag is "with the delivery service" but @United is unable to reach the service to find my bag. No escalation path. What a clown show.
I know you'll be as shocked as I am: @United has once again failed to meet their own deadline for getting my luggage to me.

I've been an elite frequent flyer with w/ @United over 15 years at this point and have watched it become an utter mockery of an air carrier.

Can't get answer out of @United for when my bag will catch up-- anytime from 5 hrs ago to 4 hrs from now. Useless "support" staff.
