Why is Network Solutions taking more than 24 hours to approve outgoing domain transfers with valid authorization codes? Cc: @netsolcares

customerservice@networksolutions.com email being sent by email server with misconfigured DNS RR, so being stopped by my spam filter. Idiots.
@incanus77 I ended up ordering mine from the AT&T store-- they said 2-3 weeks, but it arrived in 3 days.
@netsolcares Weird. The controls are there for some of my domains (e.g. itproforum.org) and not others (sysiphus.com)

@netsolcares Correction to my last tweet. The controls are back. They were definitely not there yesterday.
@netsolcares No, your web interface no longer has controls for turning on/off domain protect. Your on-line documentation needs fixing.
@attrc Actually, they apparently "rm -rf /*" on the servers. Which is a lot different from wiping them. Bet you could get lots of data back.

@chrisdancy I'm really liking Gandi.net so far. None of the "upsell" crap and SSL cert included for price of domain.
@netsolcares Btw, have as yet only received authorization codes for two of the six domains I am transferring. Why the delay on the others?

@netsolcares Those instructions are in error; I tried them. You customer service informed me the only way to unlock the domains was to call.
@grecs Transferred 7 domains off Go Daddy this morning. No issues.
