Politely but firmly stuck to my guns until he called one of the regular staff at home. They worked him through the procedure over the phone.
Night guy at my Omaha hotel didn't know how to work res system to get room I wanted. Told me hotel was full though parking lot was empty.
@4n6woman Oh ouch. Sorry to hear. Become a consultant like me and then these little setbacks become joyous-- more billable hours!
