@451wendy There will be back-end compute/data engines, but most people won't deal with them other than as consumers
@Forensication @451wendy I agree with @MorrMac-- we are in the twilight of the general purpose PC. Most people don't want them or need them.
. @coryaltheide Also Mac::PropertyList in the CPAN. Let's you turn a (binary or XML) plist into a Perl data structure. Rocks!
