I'm 10th on the upgrade list for a 1st class cabin that only has 6 seats TOTAL (4 of which are already filled). Seriously, why bother w/ 10?

Ironically, the flight I've been waiting 2.5 hrs to board just arrived from EUG. Why was I not on this flight? I dunno. Ask @UnitedAirlines
