@kevinkenan Sorry let me answer more succinctly. I'd be very surprised if a control scoring less than three was primary cause of breach.
@kevinkenan But the items scoring less than 3 were definitely uninteresting.
@kevinkenan Some important items scored 3 due to admin impact vs. range of exploit. So breach is possible, esp to insider threat.
