@strata "Warm veggie facial"? I'll have you know this is a family site, Ms Chalup!
Doing the "I am my own IT dept" thing-- today's task, spam filter maintenance... whee!
Replying to @joswr1ght
@joswr1ght The default indent for bullets in notes has been "broken" for a while, but you can fix by moving the tab stop via the ruler
SANS course updates continue-- gotta keep that material hot n' fresh for the students...
Replying to @sechrest
@sechrest I'm busy this weekend, but you might ask Matt Jarvis-- he does a great job emceeing our IT Pro meetings

@edskoudis How'd you manage the funky "upside-down mirror writing" text trick in your tweet? Embedded CSS?
SANS course updates: adding details on Kaminsky DNS attack, plus info on indirect block pointers for Unix file system forensics
Trying Dia as an Open Source alternative to Visio... right up until the point I discovered it can't free rotate objects... lame!

@_flynn Don't have a Mac, I have a Linux laptop, which runs an XP VM for the few things I need Windows for (like iTunes-- curse you Apple!)
Laura and I went to see "Australia"-- there's three wasted hours I'm not getting back. What an awful, awful movie. Blech.
It's SANS course updates time for all the good girls and boys. Continuing the process of reducing the Solaris content and upping the Linux.

@kevinkenan Wheel in the Sky... good tunes (children of the 70s unite!)
Taking the kittens to the vet to be tutored... er, neutered...
Errands from hell today. Productivity is an illusion.
iPhone rebuilt-- boy is it ever annoying that your various iPhone settings and app configurations don't get backed up. Very lame, Apple!
Important lesson-- do not attempt to update your iPhone software with iTunes running in VMware on Linux unless you want a dead iPhone.
iPhone experiment a success-- think I'll just leave the laptop at home for trips where I don't have to lecture.
Discovered one issue with not having a laptop-- I can't read MS Office docs that people send me as attachments. Not a huge deal so far.

@kevinkenan Works really well if there's a good strong signal in the area-- I tested from the PDX parking lot and it was nice and fast.
