@shrdlu Well somebody's started without you for sure... toke up, sister!
@4n6woman Surely you can get one or the other to come up on your laptop...
Replying to @competentgirl
@competentgirl Seriously, do you really need a hand with the move?
Replying to @competentgirl
@competentgirl Flossing the cat. Sorry.
Replying to @daveshackleford
Now I can't wait to have dinner with @daveshackleford the next time we're at a SANS conf together... (/me chuckles evilly w/ mouth full)
@competentgirl I'll also note that your "be in Eugene to avoid the boss" plan is a miserable failure for the rest of this week...
Replying to @competentgirl
@competentgirl Nevertheless, your impending arrival has apparently made @laprice's heart skip a beat. Take care, Larry...
Replying to @codeslack
@codeslack @davehull What's the task that you're trying to compose a command-line for? I need some command-line kung fu fodder...
Replying to @ramereth
@ramereth Three whole days! Back to Omaha on Sunday... *sigh*
And now my final hop-- PDX to EUG. Turbo-prop, ugh... But HOME!
Replying to @lee_whitfield
@lee_whitfield I heard you were planning a "swimsuit competition" for future Forensic 4cast awards...
@4n6woman @KDPryor I keep suggesting a "Men of SANS" spoof calendar, but my fellow instructors are all cowards...
7hrs at an LAX airport hotel and now resuming the long trek home. EUG or bust!
Replying to @robtlee
@robtlee Bali's nice if you stay away from the typical tourist crap. The downtime was great!
Back in the USA two hours ahead of schedule thanks to really strong tailwinds. Makes for a somewhat bumpy flight though...
Now for the big hop: BKK->LAX. See you on the other side in about 17 hours!
Hooray! Home internet back up. 443/tcp back-door set up. Take that, stupid WIFI filters...
Replying to @z3ndrag0n
@z3ndrag0n Btw, my home connection came back up and I got my own 443/tcp connection set up. You can tear down at your end. Thanks again!
Tech note from the Thai Airlines lounge-- their WIFI uses 192.168/16. Had to shut down my virt NICs to avoid route collisions. #RFC1918fail
Interesting to note that I visited three countries this trip and didn't need my multi-country power adapter at all. Go universal plugs!
