Multilingual folk: what are some interesting software ideas/trends/tools/whatever that aren't accessible to sole-English speakers like me?

To be more precise, I'm thinking less "things that are explicitly addressing English soft power" and more "There's some mind blowing innovation happening in software architecture, but all the discussions are in Farsi"
