ChatGPT voice mode is a qualitatively new experience:
Just had a quite emotional, personal conversation w/ ChatGPT in voice mode, talking about stress, work-life balance. Interestingly I felt heard & warm. Never tried therapy before but this is probably it? Try it especially if you usually just use it as a productivity tool.

Can’t wait to get my hands on it. 💫

What an absolutely terrible idea! Bad therapy can do serious harm, and there is no reason whatever to think that LLMs will not do bad therapy. Is this a risk you're willing to take? That your insurers are willing to take?

Except voice was already available on Bing Chat, powered by GPT-4 I get it’s a new feature for ChatGPT Plus, but it isn’t as novel as everyone is making it out to be

It would be beneficial if you expanded your language coverage to include at least 100 most common languages.

so unfair. I hate waiting for the updates to go out. I always seem to be last on the list but I've been a subscriber since the moment I could get chatgpt plus.

Greg! This is amazing but there ain't no time to rest on one's laurels! OpenAi's "next prompt prediction team" needs to get the ball rolling soon to make this experience even better!
@sama Sam! 2 new teams are needed at OpenAI: - next prompt prediction team - prompt template team The AI companion apps will make OpenAI a TON of money - but only if your service offers the lowest latency! Only a dedicated "next prompt prediction team" can make that happen. ⬇️

I’m very interested to use this. I’m a Veteran w/ MH issues from service. I, like most, evaded help for years out of fear. Since starting therapy on/off 6 years ago, my life got a lot better. I realized most of the relief came from speaking my thoughts out loud.
