1/4 As an OpenAI customer, we should be able to implement a simple, organization-wide, technical opt-out policy for the APIs.

As a user, I want to go into an Assisted mode, where I select from a set of Jobs To Be Done (“I need help with Homework”, “I need to write a blog”, “I need to seed a brainstorming session”) and be presented to best in class prompts for that type of JTBD.

Work on the application layer to make it more user-friendly and intuitive. At this point, people understand the power of ChatGPT. Creating a strong interface layer will improve adoption, experimentation, and usage further.
