Personally recommend: - 100mg of L-Theanine - 1mg of Melatonin - White noise machine - Eye cover Took me from struggling to sleep for 1+ hours, to fast asleep in 5mins.

Take a walk around the block and just look at random things. This settles down any mind.

Iyengar yoga 1.5 hours class twice/three times a week. Adha Muka Shavasana for two minutes in the asana before going to sleep.
