Whenever I cowork with my colleagues in person, I realize that the pandemic has completely dulled my sense of just how energizing & productive good collaboration can be. Months of remote work have resulted in many tiny unshared assumptions, which we only notice in person.

I'm glad to hear that Greg! It begs the question of whether a return to in-person work is the key to raising employee engagement. I would love to know your thoughts.

When I met my colleague after the pandemic. I couldn't even look in his eyes and talk. We take things for granted and when we don't use them we lose them.
