The difference between a startup and a large corporation is that in large corporations, everyone is assigned a seat and a desk and a parking spot and a cubicle, and in startups everyone is assigned a task.

Even organizations with good managers can always asign tasks and they do the same. The big differerence is the approval cycle. Even for a US$10 subscriptions, approval time may get endless. Freedom, Flexibility, Futuristic growth.. all these are perks of Startup

Startups won't start up if tasks are not assigned and executed. Established corporations run on momentum. There will be many sitting in corners, unnoticed, doing nothing, yet clearing monthly pay!
