The difference between a startup and a large corporation is that in large corporations, everyone is assigned a seat and a desk and a parking spot and a cubicle, and in startups everyone is assigned a task.

The last large corporate I worked in had ~200k employees. None of what you said was true for their office I worked in. Desks had to be booked in advance. Clean desk policy. Parking was first come, first served. Even lockers were one day max. Time to update blanket stereotyping.
