The difference between a startup and a large corporation is that in large corporations, everyone is assigned a seat and a desk and a parking spot and a cubicle, and in startups everyone is assigned a task.

This is meant to sound profound but makes no sense at all. In my experience large organisations are extremely busy and diaries are booked up weeks in advance. There are plenty of tasks. The issue with large orgs is that it takes a lot of effort to maintain and coordinate.

Haha funny but truth be told- Startups have unstructured environment where they literally ask you to do anything and everything staying in one single profile. But then, this teaches high ownership and biasness for action too.
