Seems like a great idea... until you realize the purpose of the interview. You want to find out if a person fits your organization. You can only tell this if your brains synchronize. Taking the person out of formulating the question breaks the process.
Be careful to not allow GPT-3 to break the human-human connection. If it is used to form questions or evaluate answers, it breaks the connection. Be very careful.
But I must counter my argument when it comes to providing services to help people. For education and medical/physiological services which are limited - reducing cost and increasing availability, it can be good. - done rambling...
This puts the corporate interviewer on the advantage. The interviewee does not have the chance to use GPT-3 to help answer the questions. It’s a slippery slope. This is minor you say. Next thing GPT will be managing raises, hiring, and firing.
