It's a cash investment into OpenAI LP. It uses a standard capital commitment structure, to be called as we need it. We're not disclosing the terms though.

Why not disclose the terms? Your charter says your primary fiduciary responsibility is to the public, how can you claim to be meeting the terms of your charter while obfuscating the terms of this investment? openai.com/charter/
